COVID-19 FAQs & General Information
- We are working as quickly as possible to get you vaccinated. Please visit our FAQs page for common questions. You may email or text us if we have not answered your question(s). We will reply, in most cases, within 72 hours.
- As of September 2024, we have administered over 100,000 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine.
- We do noy offer pediatric Covid-19 vaccines at this time. Please contact your child’s pediatrician.
- All vaccines require insurance at this time. If you are uninsured, we recommend contacting Pierce County, which does offer free vaccines to qualified individuals.
- If you are covered by Medicare the following applies: Original Medicare (Part A&B) will cover the cost of the vaccination provided you do not have a Medicare Advantage Plan; if you have a Medicare Advantage Plan the cost of the vaccine is usually covered unless you are on a HMO type Med-Advantage Plan and we are out-of-network, Medigap and Medicare Part G will typically cover the cost of the vaccination.

- Established Primary Care Patients of our clinic do not need to complete the registration. Instead please contact us to schedule an appointment.
Vaccination Process
- Please register at https://omlife.clinic/vax. You will be able to pick your appointment date and time. WE WILL OPEN NEW APPOINTMENT SLOTS ON A REGULAR BASIS.
- We currently offer the Moderna (Spikevax) and Pfizer (Comirnaty) vaccines .
- You can ‘mix and match’ vaccines. Studies have shown that both vaccines have similar efficacy.
- Our clinic is located in North Tacoma.
- WE WILL EMAIL AND TEXT AN APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION.
- After you choose an appointment time that works for you and arrive at the date and time scheduled. Bring a copy of your government issued photo identification and insurance card with you. We do not verify citizenship status etc.
- Parents or guardians may use their ID when registering their children.
- Omlife’s medical providers will medically evaluate when the following risks are identified during the screening process: 1) contraindications to the vaccine 2) if you have multiple co-morbid conditions (diabetes, hypertension, COPD, Cancer etc….), and/or 3)if you are not feeling well or have a fever. We will take your vital signs. The providers will review your past medical history, allergies, and medications.
- After you are vaccinated, you are no longer required to wait 15 minutes, however, we do recommend that you stay for about 5 minutes.
